DebConf26 will take place in Santa Fe, Argentina. DebConf26 will provide accommodation at Hotel UNL ATE. You can find here more information about Hotel UNL ATE, as well as about other accommodation options located in the city center.
Hotel UNL ATE
Attendees with an accommodation bursary will be accommodated at the Hotel UNL ATE, in shared bedrooms that can accommodate 2 or 3 people, each in their own bed. Couples can be accommodated too, by request.
Wi-Fi will be available at the accommodation facilities.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms, facilities suitable for extended stays, and services appropriate for an international event.
Last night of provided accommodation
The last night of provided accommodation by DebConf26 will be the night of Saturday, July 25, 2026.
Self-paid accommodation
Accommodation for attendees at the UNL ATE hotel is limited in terms of available rooms.
For this reason, registration and room availability for people paying for their accommodation will only be possible once bursaries have been granted and accepted (See important dates).
Other accommodation options (Santa Fe city center)
The following hotels are located in downtown Santa Fe. The distance from the city center to the venue is approximately 4 km, accessible by public transportation. More information on getting around the city can be found at the getting to the venue web page.
Transportation to and from the hotels
Santa Fe has regular urban public transportation connecting the city center with the area where the conference venue (faculty building) is located. From the centrally located hotels listed above, it is possible to reach the venue using urban bus lines, with frequent service throughout the day.
Detailed information about routes, stops, and recommended lines will be shared closer to the event date.
General recommendations
Booking accommodation in advance is strongly recommended, as hotel capacity in Santa Fe is limited.
The DebConf26 organizing team will be available to assist with any accommodation- or transportation-related questions.
Note: In Argentina, most hotels require guests to present an ID or passport at check-in and may make a copy of it, as part of standard registration procedures.
