SBOM support in Debian

Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs) are transforming software supply chain security. As different regulations begin to require these component inventories, transparency is mandatory. Accurate SBOMs are critical for tracking security support, managing vulnerabilities effectively and correctly track component licenses. This session provides a short update on the current state of SBOM support within Debian. As a second part of the session, we will open the floor for a BoF discussion aimed to identify gaps and how to improve the overall SBOM support.
